Process questions, answered
- How does payment work?
- Every project is split 50/50. We take a 50% advance once you confirm the scope in writing, and the remaining 50% is only due after we demo the finished build against that agreed scope. There are no hidden milestones in between.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Full source code and intellectual property transfer to you outright once the balance is paid — no licence fees, no lock-in, no ongoing dependency on Foways to keep it running.
- How many revisions are included?
- Every feature ships with two free refinement iterations. Beyond that, additional changes to a delivered feature are quoted at 50% of its original price, agreed in writing before we start.
- What happens if something is out of scope?
- New work is flagged the moment it comes up, scoped, and quoted before anything is built. You always approve out-of-scope work in writing first — there are never surprise charges on the invoice.
- Is support included after launch?
- Yes. Every delivery comes with 30 days of included fixes after launch. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is optional. Running costs for AI, payments and hosting are billed at cost or run on your own accounts, never marked up.
